Some think a good school means a good test score. If that’s the case, we are in fine shape as we take pride in excellence. But at Vivekanand Public School, we see much more in our students. We see the artist, the tutor, the techie, the scientist, the dancer, the writer, the skater, the swimmer and the diplomat. For every face on campus there is an individual story of accomplishment. For most of them that story starts at SVPS.
Education is not just to read, write and become proficient in mathematics and the sciences. This would surely make a person literate but not educated.
In SVPS all round development of the child is constructed to be the primary constitution of a good education and this is generally accepted as academic competence coupled with personality development. A school providing an excellent academic environment impregnated with a large number of sports and other co-curricular activities very nicely defines a school providing good education.

Education allows us to better understand the world in which we live. Education is not just about the subjects that are learnt and taught in school. It provides the tools to improve the quality of life in modern society both economically and sociologically. Becoming educated is not restricted to being in school and then in college, gathering certificates and feeling proud of oneself. It is a lifelong exercise that can be unbelievably exciting if only we wish to jump onto the train of experience and take a trip to every conceivable place on the earth. Now we know that this cannot be done literally, so how do we manage it, first in school and then as we go on through the journey of life.
In order to equip our young generation we introduce programmes to enhance both the learning and teaching ends. We create a vibrant learning environment, an excellent faculty and a practical career focused curriculum.
