Late Ch. Dharam Singh Ji Kamboj was a self madman, having a deep vision, noble thoughts and far sightedness to bring revolution in the field of education. He believed in the thoughts of Swami Vivekanand and used to remember these great words of him, ” Stand up, be bold, be strong. Take the whole responsibility on your own shoulders, and know that you are the creator of your own destiny. All the strength and succor you want is within yourself. Therefore make your own future.”
Ch. Dharam Singh ji was initiating towards the field of education with an avowed aim of infusing a spirit of ancient Indian culture and scientific approach to face the challenges with confidence among the future citizens of India, Vivekanand Public school was founded in 1996.
His diligent work and untiring efforts bore fruit and now SVPS is a leading name not only in twin City but also in State.
